Samulevich T. Creative thinking as a factor of personality development of a teenager under the conditions of developing education

The object of research is personality development of the teenagers in system of developing education. The work purpose is definition of connection of development of creative thinking and persons of the teenagers in system of developing education by D. Elkonin – V. Davidov. The methods: inductive method, method of supervision, psychodiagnostic technique, tests and questionnaires. The scientific novelty: is established, that the creative thinking acts by the integrated factor of personality development in growing age, promotes formation as inner world of the teenagers (moral qualities, spirituality), and allows to get skilfully adapted in the society; the influence of system of developing education on development of the factors Becoming and the Factor of Self-Expression, which structure includes components of creative thinking and personality characteristic, is proved; the model by V. Davidov – V. Kudryavtsev about a uniform context of development of creativity in younger school age, which unites components of theoretical thinking and imagination, is empirically confirmed. The practical value of research: the new approach concerning components of creative thinking permits to spend diagnostics, in particular, used complex of diagnostics methods of a level of development of creative thinking as factor of personality formation is used by the teachers of system of developing education for diagnostic work with the teenagers; the results of dissertation research are used at realization in preparation of the experts and improvement of professional skill of the chiefs of pedagogical establishments and teachers within the framework of activity of the Ukrainian association "Developing education". Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: higher educational institutions.
