The thesis is dedicated to the psychological and empirical analysis of professional activity of officers on work with foreigners, investigation and administrative procedure. The essence, subject and psychological content for the term «professional activity of officer on work with foreigners, investigation and administrative procedure» have been specified. The psychological peculiarities of this activity have been revealed and the multifactorial system for its estimation has been suggested. The model of professional activity of an officer on work with foreigners, investigation and administrative procedure has been developed and experimentally verified. The program of psychological training for the State Border Guard Service personnel involved in work with illegal migrants has been developed and practically tested. The practical recommendations for the State Border Guard Service personnel on work with illegal migrants have been developed and implemented into daily service activity of border guarding units.
