The object of the research is the process of government's influence on the development of social relationships. The purpose of the research is the scientific study of ways to improve the relationship and interaction between the regional administrations with the public in public administration. Research Methods - epistemological, systematic and analytical, functional and structural, the method of induction and deduction. The practical value of research lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis have been used in the Donetsk Regional State Administration, as well as the activities of Makeyevka City Council. The scientific novelty of the study is for the first time a conceptual scheme of relationship management and the interaction of regional administration with the public, which is based on the principles of sustainable and balanced development, political independence, prevent corruption, social activity, implementation of ethical standards that govern the behavior of employees of public authorities in accordance with the building of a democratic, social state proposed. The theoretical situation concerning the implementation of social policies, ways to overcome problems of low levels of transparency of public authorities and local authorities, the essence of which is to introduce the institutions of an independent examination of the level of openness and transparency of public authorities and local self-government approach is about making changes and additions the legislation of Ukraine, which should clearly reflect the state of the relationship and interaction between state and society improved. The main methods of government relations and interaction between the government and the public through their additions such as: political communication - in order to harmonize the positions of the centers of state-making management decisions, as well as social and cultural modernization - in order to move towards the information society of knowledge and the principles of relationship and interaction of regional administration with the public, contributing to their improvement and on the basis of which should be mechanisms for cooperation of the authorities and the public, staffing problems, promote good governance relationship and interaction of regional public authorities, namely the definition of annual and in the future (5 years) staffing requirements of all categories of civil servants in view of the posts and profile of their activities, the formation of an order for training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants, the involvement of civil servants in accordance with legislative requirements, taking into account the characteristics of each position, were further developed.
