Object of research: process of provision of state services the public authorities. Purpose: theoretical ground and development of practical recommendations on perfection of managerial and legal mechanisms of providing state services at regional level. Methods: abstractly-logical; analysis and synthesis; system-analytical; structurally-functional, comparative, statistical analysis. Results: improvement of managerial and legal mechanisms of providing state services at regional level. Novelty: directions of development of managerial and legal mechanisms of providing state services are certain; classification of criteria of estimation of quality of providing state services and theoretical approaches to introduction of technologies of provision of state services the public authorities are improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkov and Lugansk regions. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
