Gurynenko O. Development of the special forms for international economic coordination (on concession basis)

The dissertation is devoted to the research of development of special forms for international economic coordination (on the concession example). Existent scientific approaches on the determination of the subject of the concession are analyzed and the place of the concession in the system of economic relations has been proven. The concession is a special form of development for international economic cooperation of countries with different level of development which leads to further integration into world economic society. Forms of the concession are defined and the comparative analysis to support functioning of the concession relations in different countries is made. Components and conception of the concession mechanism is presented. It has been revealed that concession is a huge instrument for the realization of searches for additional financing sources. Discussion issues that should be decided for successful forming of the concession environment as a condition for enhancing of economic modernization of the infrastructure and effective realization of concession projects are determined.
