Yursa M. Use of the International financial market resources in the system of corporate governance

The dissertation is devoted to the study of condition, forms and corporate practices of attracting and the effective use of international investment resources. The economic nature of corporations in the evolving market environment with the focus on the financial mechanism of their functioning has been investigated. Anglo-american, European-continental and Japanese models of corporate governance have been described. Formative factors and modern peculiarities if the international financial market have been identified, comparative analysis of the international financial management instruments has been conducted and the priority of the IPO has been substantiated. Motivation mechanisms of the effective corporate practices in the international financial markets making use of the lending, direct and portfolio investment technologies have been identified. Various approaches to the formation of corporate control systems under the global market instability have been generalized. Special attention is paid to corporate potential of economic development of Ukraine. Characteristic features of the Ukrainian corporate practices in the international financial markets have been revealed and macroeconomic measures for improving effective corporate activity have been proposed.
