The thesis is devoted to theoretical and empirical study of psychological principles of occupational mobility teacher of high school. The essence of integrative psychological construct professional mobility of teachers of high school, which is the combined success of adaptation in a professional environment formed with the inner needs of personality changes, willingness to self-improvement,self-development and self-fulfillment, the ability to design and implement their own professional growth of specific teaching profession, educational innovations, trends in the labor market and international and national educational systems, experience educational activities, teaching reflection are specified on the base of analysis of empirical data.
