In the thesis the pedagogical model of formation of cadets' creative self-realization, containing three stages (stimulative, active and creative) is scientifically grounded and experimentally tested. The essence of the term "creative self-realization of the cadet of higher educational establishment of fire safety in professional education" and its structure are exposed. Criteria (motivatively-emotional, characterological, actively-practical) and their characteristic features are worked out. Levels (high, middle, low) of formed creative self-realization of cadets are characterized. Conditions of formation of cadets' self-realization are discovered. The conditions are implemented stage-by-stage and are as follows: on the stimulative stage - formation of cadets' knowledge about the essence of creativity and creative self-realization; creating and supporting social-psychological climate during cadets' professional education, which is favorable for creative self-realization; on the active stage- improvement of the methods of teaching of special disciplines aiming at activization of cadets' creative activity; providing subject-subject interaction between teaching staff and cadets as a basis for stimulation of their creative self-realization; on the creative stage - optimization of cadets' independent and scientific-research work; development of motivation for creative activity and creative self-realization of cadets in their professional education. The terms "creativity", "creative personality", "creative activity", "creative features", "creative self-realization", "self-realization of personality" are specified.
