The thesis deals with the pedagogical conditions of professional training of future teachers of handicrafts in the organization of pupils' technical creativity. The scientific research presents the model of training teachers of handicrafts that combines psychological, educational, professional, and methodological training of students and promotes their readiness for creative work with pupils in the technical field. A new content, structure, methods and teaching resources for students are worked out in the research. The structural components, criteria, indicators, and levels of professional preparedness of future teachers of handicrafts to organize pupils' technical creativity are defined. The expert assessment of teaching methods of the proposed model of training future teachers of handicrafts is provided. The pedagogical conditions of implementing the model of professional training of the future teachers of handicrafts for the purpose of organizing pupils' technical creativity at secondary school are stated theoretically and verified through experiments.
