Object - children's Physical Rehabilitation; aim - lay the scientific basis, design and testing of an integrated program of physical rehabilitation of school-age children with disorders of posture, combined with biliary dyskinesia in a sanatorium's conditions; methods: analyzing and summarizing the scientific-methodical and professional literature, sociological methods (the study of clinical records, interviewing), pedagogical supervision, pedagogical experiment, testing the state of the spine with somatoskopic methods, methods of evaluating of physical development, an integrated evaluation of the students physical health by G.L.Apanasenko, instrumental methods, clinical and laboratory methods, statistical methods (Student's scale, factor analysis); novelty - scientifically based and proved the effectiveness of integrated physical rehabilitation program for children with disorders of posture, combined with biliary dyskinesia, both designed to improve posture and motor function of the gall-bladder; results -the programs for children with a combined pathology were developed, and proved their effectiveness. The results allow to add new data, precise theoretical concepts and to develop guidelines for the usage of physical rehabilitation with a combination of disorders of posture and digestive tract diseases, the author's device "Skoliozometr" makes it possible to objectively define in absolute values the state of posture disorders and stages of correction and control the course of the rehabilitation process. The results of the research have been introduced in the practice of spa agencies of CAS "Ukrprofozdorovnitsya," in practice and the learning process in Perechyn boarding school levels I - II, for orphans and children deprived of parental care, Perechyn secondary school levels I - II, Chair of Physical Rehabilitation of Uzhgorod National University; field - Physical Education and Sport.
