Essay

The object is physical rehabilitation of university students with obesity and low physical fitness; the objective is to ground and implement complex of rehabilitation measures for students with obesity and low physical fitness; the methods are the following: analysis and generalization of special scientific and technical literature; pedagogical experiment; sociological , medical biological, instrumental, laboratory and clinical research methods, pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics; the feature of novelty: It is proposed a new approach to planning and organisation of training process and additional activities of students with obesity and low physical fitness; scientifically proved sequence, intensity and correlation of physical rehabilitation means; complemented knowledge about students menstrual ovulatory cycle peculiarities as well as load parameters data during the additional lessons of physical training; supplemented conception of the mechanisms of aerobic and water-salt metabolism influence on the psycho-physical condition of students with obesity; confirmed that exercise is an effective preventive and therapeutic agent for overweight and obesity and the physical capabilities manifestation level varies depending on the phases of the menstrual ovulatory cycle; the results are: it is developed the author's program of physical rehabilitation for students with obesity and low physical fitness, which is implemented in the rehabilitation process of students in the basis of physical rehabilitation departments in akad.
