Dissertation work is sacred to the problem of development of informatively-communication competenses of teachers in the system of after diploma education. It is worked out and inculcated in the process of in-plant training of teachers structurally-functional model of development of informatively-communication competenses of teachers. Essence and structure of concept "of informatively-communication competenses" is exposed. On the basis of the worked out criteria, indexes and levels efficiency of methods of development of informatively-communication competenses of teachers is experimentally well-proven in after diploma education.
