Object: professional and pedagogical training of future teachers in higher educational establishments; the goal is theoretical grounding and experimental testing of pedagogical technology of forming of readiness to improvement of future teachers' professional level in the conditions of continuous education; methods: scientific analysis of the main categories of research, structural and functional analysis, compare, modeling, classification, systematization and generalization of theoretical and methodical principle, psychological and pedagogical observation, discussions, testing, questioning, pedagogical experiment with qualitative and quantitative analysis of results, method of sampling, processing and analysis of results of research, defining of scientific validity of results; novelty: for the first time there have been developed and theoretically grounded pedagogical technology of the process of forming of future teachers' readiness to the improvement of professional level of continuous education on principle of competence and activity approaches; criteria (cognitive, moral, organizational, motivational) have been determined; indexes (understanding of personal and public meaning of education in future profession, positive attitude to improvement of professional level and positive motivation) have been defined; the system of general and professional knowledge, professionally meaning qualities of personality and ability to regulate emotional condition has been determined; there have been determined objective estimation, reflection of future teachers of real and necessary level of readiness to improvement of professional level; levels of formation of future teachers' readiness to improvement of professional level have been defined; the content and structure of the notion "readiness to improvement of professional level", organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming of the readiness to improvement of professional level have been clarified; the statement as for the affectivity of forms and methods of forming of the readiness to improvement of professional level has been proved; Field: theory and method of professional education.
