Ursol О. Forming of professional communicative culture for future social workers by the interactive training methods.

The features of professional communicative culture are defined in dissertation research; the essence of professional communication of future social workers is determined, logic of construction and functioning of professional communicative culture model for future social workers are outlined; the theoretical analysis of modern approaches is given for the decision of professional communicative culture problems; the existing problems of professional communicative culture forming are discovered for future social workers; integrated sociological, psychological and pedagogical research is conducted; the model of professional communicative culture forming is created on the basis of given research. Criteria (valuable, personal, interactive, communicative), indicators of professional communication are worked out. Levels of their formation (high, average, low) are revealed. Efficiency of pedagogical conditions and methodologies is tested according to the increase of professional communicative culture.
