The thesis contains the results of theoretical and empirical study of the problem of the psychological peculiarities of sense of justice of children predisposed to crime. There was presented a closer definition of justice, its types and functions. The content of the structural components and indicators of study. The essence of justice strain and its species were shown. The analysis discloses the ways of the justice information. According to the psychological features of sense of justice of children predisposed to crime the program of sense of children justice formation was prepared. The results of its testing of testing its effectiveness were listed and analyzed.
