Danylenko O. Professional training of servicemen on contract basis in the training centers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the research of improvement of professional training of servicemen on contract basis. The model of professional training of servicemen on contract basis in the training centers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has been elaborated; and pedagogical conditions creating its effectiveness (improvement of content of professional training of servicemen on contract basis; application of modern educational and pedagogical technologies within the system of professional training of servicemen on contract basis; enhancing the professionalism of teaching activity of pedagogical staff and commanders) have been substantiated. The criteria (motivational, cognitive and activity) have been improved; their indices have been determined; the levels of professional preparedness of servicemen on contract basis have been characterized.
