Object – changes in renal function under influence of bеta-adrenoblocker in cases of varying activity of the pineal gland; purpose – determine the value of bеtа-adrenoceptors blockade in the regulation of chronorhythms of kidney function, and to establish the possible role of exogenous melatonin in the mechanisms of correction circadian organization of renal functions and abnormalities of morphological and functional state of the pineal gland in the bеtа-adrenoblockers blockade conditions against a background of varying duration of photoperiod ; methods – experimental, physiological, biochemical, microscopic, morphometrical, statistical; the results – the specific features of the basic renal functions daily evolutions, changes of morphological and ultramicroscopic structure of the pinealocytes and the nephron under the introduction of melatonin against anaprilin with different functional activity of the pineal gland are estimated; branch – medicine.
