Object is the concept, principles and ideas of synergetics as interdisciplinary direction of research in open systems of varying complexity and nature, including educational systems; purpose is to reveal the heuristic potential of synergy in understanding the development of educational systems and processes in the postnonclassical situation context in science and education; methods - systemic, structural, functional and contextual analysis, observation, comparison, abstraction, theoretical modeling and projecting; the novelty is that heuristic potential application of ideas and principles of synergy is solved to education as a way of modeling the development and functioning of education systems and processes, optimizing their governance, modernization of methods of learning activities in the context postnonclassical philosophical and educational paradigm; the results can be used during lectures for the course of general philosophy, philosophy of education, history of the pedagogy, social pedagogy and synergy in education; the branch is the philosophy of education
