Grusheva A. Forming of managerial competence of bachelors of economics specialities in the process of professional traininf

The dissertation for the obtaining of academic degree of a candidate of pedagogical sciences in speciality 13.00.04 - a theory and methods of professional education. - Institute of pedagogy of NAPS in Ukraine, Kyiv, 2012. Dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming of economic specialties bachelors' managerial competence in the process of professional training. As a result of research there was developed and experimentally tested the theoretical model of forming of managerial competence of bachelors of economic specialities, which provides the efficiency of forming of managerial competence of students of economics. There were discovered organizational-pedagogical terms of introduction of the developed model. In accordance with the tasks of the research on scientific principles there was defined the content and structure of administrative competence of bachelors of economic specialities, defined the concept of "managerial competence of bachelors of economic specialities". There was developed and experimentally tested academic-methodological complex in "Management" course for the bachelors of economic specialities and academic-methodological maintenance for the studying of the course for the students of economics. Efficiency of the approved results is represented in certificates of introduction of higher educational establishments.
