Boychuk R. Development of young volleyball players' coordination abilities at the stage of preliminary training

This Thesis outlines issues concerning methods of development and ways of control of young volleyball players' coordination abilities at the stage of preliminary training. Very few papers dedicated to this issue were found due to methodological literature analysis. The Thesis provides data of experimental research, aimed at development of program of training young volleyball players' coordination at the preliminary stage. It studies coordination abilities structure of young volleyball players at the age of 10-12 years. The Thesis reveals correlative interrelation between indicators of coordination abilities, physical development and physical training, level of young sportswomen' technical skills. It defines a complex of the most important and informative indicators and works out evaluation scales, allowing to assess the level of coordination training of young volleyball players at the age of 10-12 years. It also introduces a set of means and methods for volleyball players-beginners' effective coordination training
