The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of global institutional system of economic development formation. Factors of shaping and key features of modern stage of globalization were analyzed together with determination of stages of classic and modern institutional theory development. The set of principal actors and basic ways of its transformations in a new paradigm of economic globalizm was revealed; the potential of state regulation of economic processes together with principal directions of regulative optimization on a basis of principal market actors interests valuation were identified. Modern trends and mechanisms of reinstitutionalization with specifying forms and character of activity of metacorporations and states-systems were investigated. The ways of formation of the new institutional approaches of global economic processes management on basis of netting and structural optimization were revealed. The prognosis scenarios of global development with would be concepts of their institutional procurement were systematized.
