The thesis is a theoretical and experimental investigation of a current interest problem in theory of teaching of Russian language - realization of the principle of continuity in the developing of word-building skills of pupils. Conditions of developing of word-building skills of pupils of secondary school with Russian language of teaching basing on multifold continuity principle connections are theoretically and experimentally grounded. Didactic principles of linguistic methodical model and method of developing word-building skills of pupils basing on continuity principle are determined (principles, methods and techniques of teaching, types of exercises).
