Dissertation work is sacred to the problem of analysis of development of professional ethics of social workers in the system of continuous formation of the USA. The stages of becoming of social work are certain in the USA as a type of professional activity. The change of maintenance of work of social workers is shown depending on development of public values. It is well-proven that in modern terms ethics dilemmas determine the main value of profession of social workers and make scientific basis of their professional preparation. It is set that the source of development of professional ethics is a permanent conflict between basic values in a profession.
