Shul'ga O. Perfection of motor actions technique of athletes-climbers, who specialize in speed climbing

The thesis is devoted to the issue of improving of technique of motor actions for skilled athletes, who specialize in speed climbing. The comparative analysis of biokinematic structure of speed climbing technique of the athletes-climbers of different qualification allowed establishing valid differences on spatial, temporal and spatio-temporal parameters. The paper revealed six informative characteristics determining the efficiency of climbing technique on high-speed routes. On the basis of identified patterns there were worked out and implemented into the training process methodic recommendations, directed on perfection of motor actions technique of skilled athletes-climbers, specialized in speed climbing on the stage of the specialized base preparation. Efficiency of the offered methodic recommendations is experimentally confirmed. The main results of dissertation paper are implemented into the training practice for athletes-members of national youth team of Ukraine, who specialize in speed climbing.
