3.The thesis presents the results of research from 2004-2008 he was the justification for growing sugar beet seeds for spring sowing under cover crops in the southeastern part of Crimea. Theoretically and developed methods of forming the main crop seed culture most suitable set of phytosanitary and environmental respect the cover crop seeding rates and optimized core and the cover crop. For spring sowing under the cover crop without planting seed acquire new biological traits. Thanks to the extended growing season before the steady cooling, they form something greater than the mass of well-developed layer device woody roots, which are characterized by high content of dry matter. These biological features and to improve the microclimate in the field during the winter by coating sowing helped improve safety and productivity without seed bearing plant with a direct method of seed production.Research grounded in the thesis proposal production, including: spring sowing of sugar beet under cover of oats, sorghum, mustard seed from the norm of basic seed primary cultures 12-15 pcs. / M coating - under 100-110 kg / ha, 10-12 and 10-12 kg / ha ensuring the preservation of plants in winter at 86-90 % yield seeds - 16-17 kg / ha, similar - 83-86 % and reduce unit costs by 25-30 %. The research results implemented in 2007-2008 in the Soviet region of ARC farms each year in the area of 30-40 hectares. The annual economic effect was 47,9-71,6 thousand. Keywords: under the cover of sowing, cover crops, seed rate, preservation, seed bearing plant with a direct method of seed production, yield, seed quality.
