Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of special endurance of freestyle wrestlers at the stage of specialized base preparation using control and exercise devices (machines). Analysis of competitive freestyle wrestling allowed determining the temporal and structural parameters for modern competitive fight of freestyle wrestlers at the stage of specialized base preparation. The control and exercise device has been created for training and quantitative monitoring of wrestlers' special endurance. Based on these data, we worked out the method of training freestyle wrestlers' special endurance at the stage of specialized base preparation with the use of control and exercise devices. The effectiveness of suggested method of special endurance development has been experimentally proved.
