Minaeva G. Organizational and legal basis for the introduction of quality management in the bodies of local self-government

Object of research: process of introduction of bodies of local self-government of the system of management of quality in administrative activity for satisfaction of necessities of citizens. Purpose: theoretical ground and determination of directions of providing of organizational perfection of activity of bodies of local self-government to introduction of management of quality of providing services citizens. Methods: approach of the systems; comparisons and analogies; analysis and synthesis; functional analysis; imperative and dispositive methods of the legal adjusting. Results: ground and determination of directions of providing of organizational perfection of activity of bodies of local self-government, which inculcate the system of management of quality of providing services the members of territorial community for complete satisfaction of their necessities. Novelty: conceptual approach to perfection of оrganizational and legal principles of activity of bodies of local self-government in the conditions of introduction of management of quality of providing services is offered; the methods of estimation of results of activity of bodies of local self-government are improved and it is offered during conducting of internal audits of the system of quality of providing services to use the method of morphological tables. It is inculcated in activity of bodies of local self-government of the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
