Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of oral speech forming in students of the 1 form in the process of learning Hebrew in schools in Ukraine. The author analyzes the state of the problem in methodical literature and the practice of education, considered psycholinguistic and psychological peculiarities of speech forming in first formers in the process of learning Hebrew as the second language, the comparative analysis of linguistic systems of Hebrew and Ukrainian languages is made for the first time, which gave possibilities to identify isomorphic, partially similar and allomorphic phenomena in both languages, that generally determined the specific method of forming appropriate phonetic, lexical and grammatical skills. In the study selected and grounded the learning content of oral speech in Hebrew and theoretically based assumptions of the study, defined didactic principles and lingvodidactic experimental learning techniques, stages of oral speech forming, tailored best practices and techniques of production (transfer / correction) oral communication skills according to each phase of training, which made it possible to build lingvodidactic model of oral speech forming, on which the methodic of teaching oral speech in learning Hebrew in schools in Ukraine is created. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by experimental verification. High and sufficient level was reached by 78% of students.
