Kornilov O. Social and economic development of labour force in conditions of transformation economy

Object of study: the formation of the social conditions of reproduction of the labor force in economic systems. Objective: a comprehensive analysis and disclosure of the nature of socio-economic development of the workforce associated with its use in a market transformation, and ways to optimize the scientific basis of the national labor market. Methods: method of analysis and synthesis, historical and logical method, comparative and grouping method, method of comparative analysis, statistical method, graphical method. Results, novelty: identified and disclosed the specific factors of destabilization of the labor market in the transformation economy that inhibit the formation of an effective mechanism of social partnership; improved understanding of the peculiarities of the social partnership system of post-command type by effective action sequences, enhanced disclosure of the differences in the ratio of internal and external influences the development of social and labor relations in market and transitive economy; developed further systematization of social and economic levers of state regulation of labor migration for the two levels - national and regional dynamics respectively qualifications of employees; further developed an idea of the structure of the cost of labor in the economy by the transitive include more members of the compensation package of employees in order to align the interests of employers and workers; further developed an approach to the selection of highly skilled segment of the labor force by complementing qualification status and motivational criteria to enhance the role of this segment in the development of the labor market in transformation economy.
