Lyekh T. The human capital: the concept of formation and development in the conditions of formation of knowledge economy

Object of research: process of forming, increase, development and functioning of human capital in Ukraine. Purpose of research: development of modern conception of forming and development of human capital in Ukraine in the conditions of becoming of economy of knowledge. Methods of research: historical and logical, high-quality and quantitative analysis, methods of scientific abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis, principles of processing approach, methods of economical and mathematical modeling, method of system-functional analysis. Results: basic concepts and categories of conception of economy of knowledge and theory of human capital are specified; modern conception of forming and development of human capital is worked out; the model of viable control system is worked out by the human capital of personnel of enterprise; the pattern of economic growth is improved taking into account a human capital; the method of forming of competitive national human capital is worked out; the model of transition of national economy is worked out on the innovative way of development on the basis of activation of human capital. Novelty: First: modern conception of forming and development of human capital is worked out; the model of viable control system is worked out by the human capital of personnel of enterprise. Improved: basic concepts and economic categories of conception of economy of knowledge and theory of human capital and authorial determination of concepts "Economy of knowledge" and "human capital" are offered. Got further development: pattern of economic growth taking into account a human capital; model of transition of national economy on the innovative way of development on the basis of upgrading of human capital.
