Essay

The object of research is migration in the global labor market in the context of globalization. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of international migration in the global labor market and the development of scientific and practical implications for the regulation of international labor migration under globalization. Methods: analysis and synthesis, formal and dialectical logic, systematic approach, economic and statistical, generalization, complex, systemic, structural and functional analysis. Theoretical results: are in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of international migration as a segment of the global labor market and the development of scientific and organizational guidelines for the regulation of international labor migration in a globalizing world economy. Practical results: is that the scientific results obtained form the organizational and economic framework regulating international labor migration on domestic and international labor market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: A conceptual scheme of the formation mechanism of regulation of international migration, improved: the concept of "international labor market", "migration", classified the causes that leads to migration and types of international migration; received further development: directions of improvement of legal and organizational and economic support system for the management of international migration in the context of globalization, typology of state programs regulating international migration. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practice Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, Kramatorsk Employment Center, and used in the learning process Donbass State Engineering Academy. Scope: intra-industry.
