The thesis substantiates the new solution of relevant theoretical and practical issue, that consists in scientific justification of the necessity of irrigation areas drainage intensification degree; the water-regulating technologies improvement; constructions and approaches to the drainage network at rice irrigation systems calculations.Based on experimental and theoretical research the character and level of dependencies between the parameters of water-salt; the main drainage parameters for different calculation periods of rice and associated crops growth have been substantiated.
