Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of features of gas energy and protein metabolism in the gray Ukrainian cattle breeds based on different systems maintenance. We prove that the detention of gray Ukrainian cattle pasture-camp system in comparison with stalled growth rates leads to gas-energy exchange. However, their value regardless of the conditions of detention with age per 1 kg of body weight decreases, except for cows 6-7-years - old. Pasture-camp system maintenance gray Ukrainian cattle of all ages compared with stalled leading to increased biloksyntezuvalnyh processes, accompanied by higher levels of serum total protein, albumin, and residual amine nitrogen, as well as ALT and AST activity against a smaller content creatinine it is established. In the blood increases the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration, and, within the physiological variables, the number of neutrophils, monocytes and lymphocytes. Keeping cows on pasture-camp system leads to a reduction in the length of branch litter the stage, service period and increase the ability of fertility it is proved. Calves born to these cows had higher rates of viability. Rearing from birth to sexual maturity if pasture-camp system accelerates their growth, development, sexual and physiological maturation.
