Essay

It is established that cattle in the southern regions of Ukraine infest by agent Dіcrocoelium lanceatum in all seasons of the year. Extensiveness and intensity of invasion depends on the animal's age, period of year. A comparative analysis of clinical, morphological, biochemical and immunological studies in cattle at dicrocoeliosis was conducted. There are qualitative and quantitative changes in hematologic indices of sick dicrocoeliosis animals. Was found decrease of erythrocyte quantity and hemoglobin content. Dicrocoeliosis invasion is characterized by a likely increase in the number of eosinophils and stab neutrophils. Was found an increase of enzyme activity of blood which characterize alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, ?-glutamyl transferase increasing. At dicrocoeliosis invasion, a decrease of content Іg M and Ig A and increase of Іg G and Іg E was observe. There are characteristic structural changes in organs and tissues at dicrocoeliosis invasion. In liver was observed desquamation of epithelial cells in the lumen of the bile ducts. The mucosa is infiltrated by leukocytes, mainly neutrophils and eosinophils. At veterinary and sanitary examination of carcasses which are infest by dicrocoeliosis was institute liver and gallbladder lesions mainly. As a result of autopsy liver, 76 carcasses of adult bovine animals, we observed increasing the intensity of invasion in different seasons of the year. The effect of anthelmintic drugs trematozol, combitrem, rafenzol on the body of cattle was studied.
