Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improving the physical condition of student's 4-5 classes of sports facilities during their initial learning in school. The purpose of the study -- to determine the educational conditions of use sports to improve the condition of the said students. To achieve the goal using a set of methods: analysis, comparison, generalization, anthropometry, heart rate monitors, dynamometers, spirometers, sphygmomanometers, questionnaire, interview, observation of teaching, testing, experimentation (stating a two-step and forming), mathematics and statistics. The composition of the samples: a survey --150 respondents, the study of performance -- within 31-32 and girls, and boys of every age groups. Results. The scientific literature found almost complete absence of effective programs to improve the physical condition of student's 4-5 classes the lessons of physical culture, whose content includes the study of a new sports game in accordance with the instructions of the existing program. In the course of an experiment established that most indicators of the physical condition of girls and boys at the beginning of the academic year following the existing standards, and even down to the end, students are willing to engage in class sports games, but the established order of their programs of study and methods do not contribute to the solution of many problems that are important for success in improving the physical condition of children. During the formative experiment found that students in 4 classes can master the techniques of volleyball at least at a level that demonstrate the fifth graders. The data obtained allowed to determine the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to resolving the problem. They were concentrated (one year) study in the 4-th grade volleyball techniques, 5-th -- handball, ensuring the developmental nature of learning tricks of the game, the formation of students desire to implement physical activity after school, teaching a systematic control; impact on each lesson in the performance of physical condition, given the ability to set our organizational methods. The latter includes: accounting of the physical condition of students in determining the direction of impact, and their training at the beginning of the school year to high physical stress, optimal allocation within a year of training assignments and developmental nature; systematic homework with the content, reproducing the last lesson of physical education, a regular current assessment of students and focus only on the achievements of avoiding penalties. Given the above, have developed an experimental program, whose implementation is for one academic year confirmed ins high effectiveness in solving the problems that can recommend it to teachers to implement in practice work.
