Pedagogical problem of the research work of innovative vocational - oriented training of skilled workers of polygraphic type is analyzed. The research work provides practical and new solution of pedagogical conditions dealing with innovative manufacturing technologies in training of skilled workers of polygraphic type During the research work pedagogical conditions of using innovative manufacturing technologies in vocational training of skilled workers of polygraphy type were represented: creation and using the complex of new methodological providing in professional training of skilled workers of polygraphic type; modernization of a material and technical base; integration of activities and professions in polygraphy, etc.. It is the technological approach. The essence of the basic term is identified. "Innovative manufacturing technologies of a polygraphy type". The method of forming management of future skilled workers to use innovative production technologies in professional activity is based. The results of formational experiment proved the result of pedagogical conditions of providing innovative technologies to show positive results in elaboration of skilled workers of polygraphy profile.
