Essay

The state of research of the problem of professional competence development in educational theory and practice is analyzed. Pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of the Deputy Director for training and production work of the vocational educational establishment are theoretically and experimentally verified: a model of developing professional competence in intercourse training period is introduced; technology of development of professional competence with the basics of educational management is used; information and communication management, covering an interactive platform for conducting webinars, online conferences, presentations and individual counseling is provided; guidelines are developed and implemented.
