The genesis of personality-oriented training in the context of cultural and historical paradigm has been analyzed. The content and structure of this type of education have been defined in the work. On the basis of the personality-oriented training, a didactic model of realization of cadets personality-oriented training at higher law educational establishments has been suggested. Special attention has been paid to the description of didactic conditions and determining the ways of realization of cadets personality-oriented training at higher law educational establishments. In the process of pedagogical experiment the author examines the complex of didactic conditions of realization of cadets personality-oriented training and determines the influence of the mentioned conditions on the cadets' motivation of advance, cognitive activity, self-determination and subjectivity
