Essay

Object: ethno-social processes in the context of globalization as a theoretical problem. Objective: determination the subject content and main features of ethno-social processes of modern Ukrainian labor migration, based on theoretical analysis social dynamics of globalization and cross-disciplinary synthesis methodology, obtained from their use results of empirical research. Methods: system modeling and interdisciplinary enrichment research paradigms, statistical analysis of documents, in-depth and expert interviews, focus group research and content analysis of information flows. Results: for the first time defined the horizontal circulation of ethnic communities as a substantive field of ethno-social processes to global migration, proved the concept and media market of media eventfulness communication research for determining the content of ethno-social processes in the context of globalization, the transition from the "vertical" communication within local communities to "horizontal" communication processes of migration movements called the determining factor in changing environment and the impact of ethnicity play in constructing social identities grounded change in the way of social self-determination rights of the transition to globalization and based on this paradigm formulated "three generations", which explains the dynamics of modern Ukrainian economic migration. Scope: forming approaches to migration policy and legislation in the sphere of migration of Ukraine in the preparation of two collective monographs and scientific collections, training for further studies of modern Ukrainian labor migration.
