Clinical part of the study is based on the results of complex investigation and treatment of 28 patients, 13 of which comprised the comparative group, where the correction of violated bile flow was provided by ChJA formation according to stan-dard method, excluding bile supply into duodenum and demanding (for prophylaxis of digestive-biliary reflux) the use of plastics of comparatively long (69-80 and even 100 sm) segment of lean intestine. The main group consisted of 15 patients in which the restoring of bile flow was carried out by ChJA formation according to modified methods elaborated by us. For investigating the elaborated ChJA modifications effectiveness the program of traditional (clinical-laboratory-instrumental) study of the patients was added by a number of special methods, of endoscopic intraduodenal pH-metry, duodenoma-nometry after Ya.D.Vitebsky, bacteriologic and biochemical investigation of duode-num content, roentgenologic duodenography as well as FGDS with biopsy of duode-num mucosa. It was stated, that standard ways of ChJA do not provide the restoring of the indices of morphofunctional duodenum state, violated by cholestasis, keeping high probability of peptic ulcerus formation in it, which can be complicated by bleeding.
