Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the technological modes on the basic stages of industrial production of caroten’s content products for intensification of these processes, improvement of their technical-economic indexes. The range of pO2 of cultural liquid (20-30 %), which maximal accumulation of beta-carotene by producent is set. The kinetics indexes of process of drying of moist biomass and its ways of intensification are certain. The combined chart of extraction of beta-carotene from biomass for simultaneous production of a few carotene’s content products is offered.
