Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying the psychological level of aspiration as psychological determinant of personality development of younger pupils. Experimentally found that level of aspiration is closely correlated with self-esteem, achievement motivation, leading needs, academic motivation, vision of a child of their status in the team peers. Proved, developed and tested program of psycho-pedagogical support of adequate level of aspiration, which include the work of children, parents and teachers. It is proved that involving children in activities aimed at self-discovery and formation of adequate level of aspiration, promotes their personal development.
