Object - physical rehabilitation of women aged 55-65 after surgical treatment of breast cancer; aim - improving of functional, emotional state and quality of life of women aged 55-65 after radical mastectomy; methods - theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature concerning the problem of physical rehabilitation of women after radical mastectomy; sociological methods (analysis of medical in-patient cards, interrogation); pedagogical supervision; pedagogical experiment; instrumental methods of receiving experimental data: computer spirography, functional Shtange and Genchi tests, analysis of heart rate variability, chest rheography according to W. Kubichek, goniometry, dynamometry, anthropometry, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time differential selection of hydrokinesitherapy means for solving discovered disorders of women aged 55-65 after radical mastectomy in the postoperational period, taking into consideration physical activity was scientifically grounded; for the first time positive influence of hydrokinesitherapy on functional, emotional state and quality of life of women aged 55-65 after radical mastectomy was impartially proved; results - developed hydrokinesitherapy programm for women aged 55-65 after radical mastectomy in the postoperational period; practical recommendations for specialists in physical rehabilitation concerning the use of hydrokinesitherapy in rehabilitation of women aged 55-65 after radical mastectomy; the results of scientific research were introduced into studies of students of different education qualification levels and work of core institutions; field - physical rehabilitation.
