Essay

The author analyzes the basic concepts of the foreign policy of Germany, Austro-Hungarian Empire, France and Great Britain towards the future of the Ukrainian people for the period of World War I and by its end, reasonably active foreign policy of the Ukrainian political forces to influence the decisions of the European leaders and investigates how the final decision was taken of the Ukrainian problem during the Paris Peace Conference. The thesis demonstrates the importance of active information and politics of contemporary Ukrainian leaders and compliance policy of good relations with all member countries of World War I in the context of their promotion prospects of the Ukrainian State.
