The object of study is the development trends of the international labor market in a globalizing world economy. The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis of the study of globalization of the labour market and the development of scientific and practical implications for the regulation of international labour market globalization. Methods: analysis and synthesis, summarization, statistical analysis, system analysis, system-dynamic modelling and others. Theoretical results: lies in deepening the theoretical and methodological basis of the study of international labour market and the development of scientific and practical implications for the regulation of international labour market in a globalizing world economy. Practical results: lie in the development of conceptual bases of improving Ukraine's migration policy. Scientific novelty: the first time: а block diagram of the conceptual foundations of a global labour market improved: the definitions of "international migration" and "global labour market", the theoretical basics of the international labour market in the face of globalization, received further development: the definitions of "globalization"; model causal influence attractiveness of migration processes, organizational and economic principles of regulation in Ukraine International Migration.
