Dissertation is devoted to researching the problem of formation of scientific and research skills of bachelors majoring in Physical education and sports by means of information and communication technologies. In dissertation the problem of formation of scientific and research skills of students by means of information and communication technologiesin the theory of pedagogics is investigated; foreign experience of the organization of scientific and research student activities is researched; structure, levels and criteria of research skills formation of P.E. and sports bachelors are defined; model of formation of scientific and research skills of P.E. and sports bachelors is theoretically substantiated; information and communication technologies are defined as a component in formation of scientific and research skills of P.E. and sports bachelors. Efficiency of the model is tested experimentally and proved. The basically results of the research have been applied in educational process of higher educational pedagogical institutions.
