Gavrilyuk Z. Method of cultural content in the course of the history of Ukraine in 8-9 grades

The thesis deals with the problem of cultural contents and methods of teaching of cultural topics at History of Ukraine lessons. The study identified the theoretical and methodological foundations of cultural component in process of teaching practice in the context of individual-oriented and competent approach to learning; disclosed educational potential of cultural content of the school year history of Ukraine in 8 9 grades. The thesis conditions of the cultural content of teaching material for school course in History of Ukraine and the criteria of selection of cultural content. Based on the criteria in the thesis contains a list of cultural monuments XVI XIX centuries. For compulsory study bu students. Deals with the results of structural and functional analysis of existing programs, textbooks and books on the history of Ukraine, the author describes the method of cultural content school course in History of Ukraine in 8 9 grades. It is shown that the level of student achievements in the process of assimilation of cultural content is enhanced by the terms of series of pedagogical principles. The thesis experimentally tested the author's method of cultural content, which is aimed at forming and development of students' cultural knowledge, educational and cognitive skills, emotional and evaluative judgments about events, processes and cultural monuments.
