Essay

The thesis analyzes the formation of pension funds in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The principles of an organizational and economic mechanism of interaction between the financial systems of public and private pension funds have been grounded. The effects of pension schemes on the main macroeconomic indicators in CEE countries have been determined using mathematical-statistical analysis methods. Рroposals for the selection of the optimal model of pension provision in Ukraine in the context of integration to the EU have been developed.
