Stepanenko O. Training of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine University Educational Staff to Prevent and Solve Professional Conflicts.

This thesis is a comprehensive theoretical and experimental research on training of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine university educational staff to prevent and solve professional conflicts. The methodological and theoretical basis of the issue, the essence and structure of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine university educational staff training to prevent and solve professional conflicts were studied. The peculiarities of educational process and typical conflicts in educational establishments of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine were analyzed. The model of the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine university educational staff training to prevent and solve professional conflicts in educational process, a set of criteria, indicators and levels for assessment of knowledge and abilities were worked out and implemented. The model includes the author's special training course, program, teaching and learning resources and educational technology on training university educational staff to prevent and solve professional conflicts. Recommendation on providing the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Ukraine university educational staff training to prevent and solve professional conflicts in educational process was given.
