Pomyluiko V. Development of future psychologists' initiative with the help of interactive technologies

In the thesis was presented a theoretical analysis of scientific research approaches to the problem of future psychologists' initiative development with the help of interactive technologies, defining the essence of the basic concepts, classifying the types of initiatives, highlighting the structure of adaptive initiatives. The author elaborated and implemented in practice of higher education psychodiagnostic tools for determining initiative levels; identified the criteria, indicators and levels of initiative development; examined the peculiarities of initiative components; defined adaptive and maladaptive manifestations of initiative; created a psychological model of future psychologists' adaptive initiatives. In the research was proven the feasibility and efficiency of the program of future psychologists' initiative development with the help of interactive technologies. Methodological recommendations concerning the development of the investigated quality were worked out.
